By facilitating the acquisition on behalf of their buyer-client, Venture South Investments out of Atlanta, their expertise and dedication played a pivotal role in the seamless execution of this transaction.
The retail development at 1116 Ashmore Bridge Road will transform the local community. Most notably, the plan is to anchor the space with a ±45,000 sf Publix supermarket with an additional ±18,000 square feet of shop space, alongside two strategically positioned outparcels.
