Stephen Ahnrud, former Advisor at SVN | Blackstream has been promoted to Broker-in-Charge. Mr. Ahnrud has taken the place of SVN | Blackstream’s existing Broker-in-Charge, Jesse Carter, who has been promoted to Partner for Streams Development.

Mr. Ahnrud has over 6 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has worked with a multitude of asset classes involving land, retail, self-storage, office, and industrial on both the tenant and landlord side. Stephen says he is looking to use these experiences to help guide advisors, so they can thrive in the real estate market. He states, “I am looking forward to this new position and excited to play an integral part in the continued growth of BlackStream and the surrounding community”.

Stephen also talks about his commitment to commercial real estate and Greenville, saying “My family has lived in Greenville for most of their lives, which leads me to want to be part of a positive change in the area. I believe that through commercial real estate, we can grow a larger network and continue the progression of this ever-evolving city”.
