BlackStream’s Senior Advisor, Douglas Peterson represented the buyer, South Tyger Properties in the purchase of 53 acres at 600 Cavins Road in Woodruff, SC.  A neighborhood of 170 single family homes will be developed by Ryan Homes on the site.

Peterson noted, “This parcel is adjacent to the 51-acre Woodruff Leisure Center and Park that serves residents throughout the area and across the street from Ryan Homes’ other 80-acre development, Cavins’ Farms. I brokered that sale in 2020.” “With the sale and development of this property, the area will continue to meet the demand for housing and expected growth in the Woodruff area.”
