William has 31 years of experience as a former Taco Bell, KFC, and Sonic Franchisee which gives him great insight into the industry. William is an expert and specialist in the sale of Retail Investments, multi, single tenant and sale-leaseback opportunities.

William is a member of St.Peters Catholic Church in Columbia, SC where he serves as President of Saint Vincent dePaul Society, a charity organization working to help the homeless community in and around Columbia. William also serves on the Board of Directors for Orangeburg County YMCA and was Past President of KFC Advertising Co-Op for the Columbia SC ADI.

William has three young boys; he enjoys time spent with them golfing, swimming, playing video games and is proud to say they all spend time volunteering together.
