Ford Elliott has a background in construction management. He is a licensed general contractor, real estate broker, and owner of both BlackStream | Christie’s and SVN | BlackStream servicing Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, and Asheville. He is the former Vice President of Boyett Properties. Throughout his 10-year-career in real estate, Ford has completed a wide array of development, redevelopment, and acquisitions. His range of experience extends throughout the commercial, retail, multifamily, and residential sectors, and includes development, brokerage, construction, facility management, and project management.
Alex Dmyterko serves as President of BlackStream LLCl. Dmyterko is responsible for the company’s growth by providing leadership for SVN/Blackstream, Christie’s International and as part of the management team for BlackStream Development. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Dmyterko has handled hundreds of sale, leasing, financing and development transactions in excess of $1.5 billion.Prior to joining BlackStream, Dmyterko ran SVN International’s Southern US expansion program. He became acquainted with BlackStream founder Ford Elliott when they collaborated to make SVN/BlackStream a reality.
Dmyterko served as president of Dmyterko & Wright, a Chicago, IL based development, brokerage and consulting firm. . Previously, Dmyterko was president of Crosland Inc.’s retail division in Charlotte, NC and president of CNL’s Commercial Net Lease Realty, a large publicly traded, net lease REIT in Orlando, FL. Dmyterko began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in Chicago where he served as the Midwest retail group’s Managing Director and was founder of Trammell Crow Build-To-Suit, a net lease development subsidiary.
Dmyterko has served on the Board of Directors of Lucernex Inc., and been a member of municipal and industry committees. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a graduate degree from Harvard University Extension and attended Loyola University Law School.
In 1971, Joe began his real estate sales career in Maryland. In 1976, he passed the State brokers exam and became an associate Broker. He then moved into management in 1979 and for the next 10 years he worked with a prestigious brokerage as sales manager and served as their pre and post license instructor. Realizing his personal goals, in 1989 he established his own real estate company serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers. While operating his brokerage, he served as an instructor for the Realtors Institute of Maryland (GRI program) for 20 years, teaching Basic and Advanced Real Estate financing, as well as the Financial Analysis of Multi Family and Commercial income property. He also had the opportunity to serve as an Instructor for The Professional Development Institute from 2010 – 2012.
After a trip to Simpsonville to visit family, he instantly felt a connection to this beautiful community and relocated in 2012. Once settled, he associated himself with Greenville Tech and Fortune Academy as an Instructor teaching the Real Estate Pre License Course.
In 2014, he joined SVN as Broker-in-Charge for Blackstream, primarily focused on the Greenville Market.His goal is to see that our clients receive outstanding service from our knowledgeable and highly trained advisors. On his free time, he enjoys going to his grandchildren’s games at Bob Jones University and playing alto sax in the Easley Community Band.
William Westcott is an Executive Director with SVN BlackStream, LLC currently serving the Greenville, Columbia, Charleston SC markets.
William has 31 years of experience as a former Taco Bell, KFC, and Sonic Franchisee which gives him great insight into the industry. William is an expert and specialist in the sale of Retail Investments, multi, single tenant and sale-leaseback opportunities.
William is a member of St.Peters Catholic Church in Columbia, SC where he serves as President of Saint Vincent dePaul Society, a charity organization working to help the homeless community in and around Columbia. William also serves on the Board of Directors for Orangeburg County YMCA and was Past President of KFC Advertising Co-Op for the Columbia SC ADI.
William has three young boys; he enjoys time spent with them golfing, swimming, playing video games and is proud to say they all spend time volunteering together. William is a motivated professional with a passion for serving the community. His abilities help clients achieve their goals while forming lasting relationships.
Michael joined SVN in December 2015 as Executive Director/Broker-in-Charge of the Asheville office serving Western North Carolina. Michael began his real estate career in 1986 in Tampa, Florida where he worked for The Paragon Group, a privately held commercial real estate developer. The Paragon Group was later acquired by CBRE and Michael served as First Vice President, Asset Services, for more than 15 years until moving to North Carolina in 2011. Michael was a Senior Vice President with Colliers International in Raleigh immediately prior to joining SVN and moving to Asheville.
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Muskingum University. He has also completed numerous professional development programs through The Lipsey Company. He currently holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and Florida. Michael brings the strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment gained during a successful career in commercial real estate resulting in a comprehensive understanding of the entire commercial real estate process.
Michael’s tenant and landlord representation experience grants him the distinct benefit and unique point of view of evaluating real estate transactions on behalf of the most distinguished corporate clients in the country. Client relationships included Bank of America, Lockheed Martin, Grant Thornton, LLP, and Quarles & Brady. In addition, he has worked successfully with many institutional asset owners, including Principal Financial Group, The Travelers and MetLife Real Estate Investments.
He is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions for his real estate expertise and success including the prestigious Co-Star Power Broker Award. Over the course of his career, Hoffman has been involved in real estate transactions totaling in excess of $1 Billion.
Hoffman is actively involved with the American Lung Association and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the American Lung Association of the Southeast. He also serves on the National Chairs Assembly of the American Lung Association.
Senior Vice President
Jesse joined SVN in January 2015 as an Advisor, serving the Upstate, SC market. Jesse’s real estate career first began in 2014 after graduating Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management and an emphasis in Real Estate Investment. Jesse was exposed to underwriting, projecting financial models for investment properties, creating budgets for redevelopment projects, as well as numerous courses which covered: valuation, investment return, and real estate law.
Jesse began his CRE career focusing on Investment Sales primarily in Retail. In his first year of business, Jesse was involved with deals totaling more than $17,000,000. These deals proved to be the best experience possible for Jesse and his early career.
Now, Jesse manages several Lease accounts as well as working with Owners and other Advisors on their Investment Sales. In his free time, Jesse enjoys camping on the weekend or traveling Downtown Greenville to enjoy the City.
As a member of Pulse, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce’s young professionals organization, Jesse serves on the organization’s Volunteer Committee. Jesse is also a member of the Advisory Board of Upstate Circle of Friends as well as Clemson’s Greenville Young Alumni. Jesse also holds a membership in the Greenville Clemson Club, and helps with numerous committees pertaining to Greenville and Clemson’s relationship.
Jesse is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as the Realtor® Association which includes the National (NAR), State (SCR), and Regional (GGAR) chapters.
Director of Finance
Thomas Hendricks is the Director of Finance for SVN | Blackstream currently serving the Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston, SC Markets as well as Asheville, NC. Thomas first began as an intern for SVN in 2015 and joined the team full- time in January 2016.
Before beginning his internship with SVN Thomas attended Spartanburg Methodist College where he competed in track and field. Later, he earned his bachelors degree in Accounting from Clemson University.
Director of Human Resources
Nicole joined BlackStream, LLC in August 2017 after relocating to Greenville from Fort Myers, Florida. Nicole handles Human Resources as well as assists the Director of Finance with various objectives.
Nicole started her career in real estate in 1991 with Trammell Crow Company. In addition to becoming a Managing Broker, she handled many aspects of the real estate business, including accounting, human resources and property management. Nicole attended Trammell Crow University as well as several other outside training courses.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys volunteering, reading, learning and spending time with family and friends.
