SVN| BlackStream’s Multifamily Brokerage Team, consisting of Jonathan Kessler, Keith Nelson and Joey Weinel assisted Two Bridges Asset Management in selling a four-property portfolio in South Carolina’s Upstate region. The portfolio comprised of 404 units and sold for $25,750,000.
