Donald Mercer, Senior Advisor, and Lucas Ward, were the agents in the sale of the 45,000 SF industrial building on 2.34 acres located at 17 P&N Drive in the I-85 S/Donaldson submarket of Greenville County.

This net-leased investment was secured by TSN Realty, an out of state investor, who had a specific interest in the Tenant occupying the facility, a publicly traded company in the health and environmental sciences, as well as an overall interest in South Carolina’s Industrial Market performance and growth.
